Tidal Wave Auto Spa is an industry-leading conveyor car wash company founded in 1999 by Scott and Hope Blackstock in Thomaston, GA. Tidal Wave is committed to providing cutting-edge car care technology and exceptional customer service at each of their 250+ locations sprawling 27 states across the South, Midwest, and Northern United States. In 2020, Tidal Wave partnered with Golden Gate Capital to facilitate their accelerated growth across the country.

Your compensation package encompasses various options: PTO aligns with the company’s policy; eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage is contingent upon a 30-day waiting period; participation in the 401(K) plan is subject to its terms; eligibility for additional benefits like life insurance, short- and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accidental coverage also necessitates a 30-day waiting period; and you’ll enjoy company-paid holidays.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s Annual Women of the Wave conference is hosted to encourage, enhance and empower our female Site Leaders and Trainers. The annual women’s conference provides a unique opportunity to bring female leadership together from across the company’s twenty-seven state footprint to network with their peers and further develop leadership skills essential to running a successful site.
